Voicemail
When a COMILFON client is not connected to the Internet, or for some reason is unable to answer a call, they can use the automatic virtual answering machine. The voice message is then saved on the client’s personal page or, if the client chooses, the message can be sent to their e-mail address as a sound file.
Conference Calling
During a conversation, by placing the other party on hold, you can add one or two additional parties to the line. The other parties can be COMILFON customers or individuals on standard or mobile phones. There is a selection of music that can be played while the other parties are on hold, including classical, jazz or romantic compositions.
Call Forwarding
Calls coming into the computer for COMILFON clients can be redirected to any standard or mobile phone. This call will be paid for as though it was an outgoing call at regular COMILFON rates.
Instant Messaging and Chat
You can also take advantage of instant messaging and chat with other COMILFON clients. Your contacts who are signed onto the network appear in a different colour in your address book.
